2. Service Description

The Service is a website and a companion Chrome browser extension that let users check whether a brand name is available across social media platforms and domain extensions. Domain availability is determined from public registry data (RDAP) and DNS; social availability is checked from the user's own browser. The Service also provides AI-generated suggestions for alternative names. Availability information is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee its accuracy — always confirm with the relevant platform or registrar before relying on a result.

3. Affiliate Links

Some domain registration links on the Service and in the extension are affiliate links (for example to Namecheap). We may earn a commission if you register a domain through them. This does not affect the price you pay or the availability results we show.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that domain2Social shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
